Vegetarian, not vegan, friendly
I noticed the vegan tag. There are some vegetarian dishes but none are vegan. Try the veggie pita or spinach pie.

Yumm-o! High piled spinach, feta and onion wrapped in fillo.
GREAT EATS AND GREAT SERVICE!
I HAVE BEEN IN AT ALL TIMES OF THE DAY FOR ALL KINDS OF MEALS. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD EACH AND EVERY TIME. GREAT BREAKFAST ON SATURDAYS. DAILY SPECIALS THRU THE WEEK, TRY THE SPINACH PIE, OR THE CHICKEN GYRO, OR THE CHICKEN GREEK SALAD. AND THE CONEYS ARE AS GOOD AS THE ONES DOWNTOWN!!! NEW OWNERS TOOK OVER 5/1/08, YOU CAN ALREADY SEE THE IMPROVEMENTS! THEY ARE BUSY SPIFFING THE PLACE UP AND TRYING SOME NEW DISHES, THIS IS NOT YOUR “USUAL” CONEY ISLAND, THIS IS A “SPECIAL” CONEY ISLAND. THE FOOD IS GREAT AND SO IS THE SERVICE, ALWAYS WITH A SMILE….DID I MENTION THAT THE PRICE IS RIGHT TOO???

SPINACH PIE , RICE AND GR BEANS
THE SPINACH PIE IS TO DIE FOR. LIGHT, CHEEZY, MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH, FLUFFY RICE WITH GREEN BEANS COOKED IN TOMATO SAUCE, VERY FLAVORFUL AND DELICIOUS. THERE WAS ENOUGH TO TAKE A DOGGIE BAG HOME FOR LATER.

GREAT EGGS AND OMELETTES, HOME MADE AMERICAN FRIES (HASHBROWNS) THEY ALSO HAD “MADE FROM SCRATCH GRITS”, NOT INSTANT. THE BACON WAS THICK AND CRISP, THE SAUSAGE CRISPLY DONE. THROW IN A GOOD CUP OF COFFEE AND THE MEAL IS THE START OF A GREAT SATURDAY ROUTINE. THE GRANDKIDS HAD PANCAKES AND WERE FULL AND SATISFIED.
Great food, large portions, decent prices
This place has the BEST cucumber sauce (for Gyros), Greek dressing and chicken Greek salads! I’ve been eating here for years and the same guy cooks for me every time. Consistent quality, portions and good prices. They don’t take credit cards so stop at the ATM on the way over.

Chicken Greek salad
This salad is huge, enough for one starving person or for two to share if having other food. They give you a lot of chicken, homemade dressing, chunks of feta cheese and the best pita to go with it.
