From the Restaurant
Copperblue is a small, fine dining, and French-Mediterranean restaurant featuring the flavors of Southern France, Northern Italy and Spain. Accentuating the elegant cuisine is a focused all European wine list. The dining room is warm and colorful, quiet and serene, enhanced by large mural paintings by Cleveland artist, Paul Schuster. The paintings are themed "work, rest and play," which focus on the spirit of the Mediterranean. Copperblue by design is centered on service. Simple things like reading glasses and current periodicals for single diners, to the guest's coat meeting them at the door and their car waiting for them at the curb. As well, the Custom Guest Service Profile is built to deliver to cliental guests everything they want, and nothing they don’t. The ability to know the guest’s favorite foods, wine, server, table or even their preferred scotch, allows Copperblue to serve from a position of strength. Their goal is to provide a level of service that is unparallel.

two thumbs up!
We went for my birthday and had the 5 course tasting menu. Both the food and the service were excellent. They were very accommodating. Not only were some of my party VERY late, but it was a Friday and some are Catholic and couldn’t eat meat…no problem at all.
Must get the “shrimp and wild bass cooked on the flat top, braised fresh hearts of palm, 3-sauces”
