great service, bad food

I usually only enjoy Arbys or Roy Rogers for fast food, as I usually hate fast food. However, I’m a big fan of their roast beef sandwiches. HOWEVER, while the service at the Arbys we went to for a quick bite was great (they were really friendly and really fast), and while the food was hot- the roast beef was so gross. The bun was kind of stale too and the beef just tasted like it was rubbed on the floor and thrown in a microwave. Rubber meat is not nice.
