5.0This is an exceptional restaurant with fine European food. The hostess/owner, Sibilla Dengs, is delightful and goes out of her way to make your dining experience exceptional. Chef Bernard is extremely creative as to presentation and food preparation. The menu is limited and features four and five course meals, but items may be order a la carte. The restaurant also features art of local artists. The food here compares very favorable with the best of big city restaurants.
The fish was perfectly prepared. The beet-root jelly and citrus foam added a special touch.
