From the Restaurant
Floataway Cafe, the sister restaurant of Bacchanalia, opened in May of 1998. Chefs/Owners Anne Quatrano & Clifford Harrison have created a local organic, produce driven menu that changes as frequently as the farmers unload their daily harvest. Mediterranean & Italian influences dictate the menu with house made salumis, exceptional steak frites and comforting desserts.
