I was here for an association meeting. This restaurant has two floors, and we were in the upstairs dining room. One waiter took care of the entire floor (about 20 people) including taking our coats. We had a group menu that included soup or salad, but not dessert and not coffee.

I was impressed with the speed of service, considering there was only one waiter on the floor. He also took special care of one diner with severe food allergies, offering suggestions what she could safely eat.

I found the price a little steep but I did enjoy the main meal and would consider returning.

Dishes I tried:

cream of vegetable soup

The soup was incredibly green — think Shrek! — pureed, with a creamy swirl on top. It was lukewarm. I did not care for it, but I ate it anyways.

salmon fillet

Two long salmon slices were arranged at one end of a rectangular plate, stacked on some mashed potatoes with a creamy white wine sauce. In the center of the plate was a whole small pear, stem and all, poached in red wine. On the left was a verrine of shredded root vegetables including carrot and beet. This was fun and tasty to eat. The whole plate was delightful! I would definitely order this again.
