Premium no-nonsense sushi

This is the first sushi restaurant I’ve been to where all the sushi chefs were actually Japanese. Enough said.

A small restaurant hidden inside a mainly Japanese themed strip mall hides a nice gem. This is one of the best sushi places I’ve been to. Fresh, no-nonsense, authentic, and variety are a few of the adjectives that come to mind.

What I ate:
  • ****

Great presentation! Under a mountain of ginger, onions, sprouts, and capers hide a very unique roll comprised of thinly sliced beef, fish cake, and spicy tuna. Definitely worth trying

  • *****

My staple. The maguro was so smooth, it literally melted on my tongue!

Extras:
I came here for
a business meeting
My meal cost
between $10 and $25
I tipped
between 15% to 18%
