What do you get when you take a little bit of L.A. style and put it on the beach in Waikiki? Azure Restaurant. I was blown away by the changes made to the old restaurant (Surf Dining Room) which used to front the beach at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel. This magnificent gem of a restaurant isn’t only beautiful to the eye…my taste buds went galactic! Our waiter, John suggested the auction fish selection of onaga…WOW! Not only was the fish great but the steak my date ordered was the best we had ever eaten in all of the islands. I am a fan and will tell all my friends about this new restaurant!
Be sure to ask for a table in John’s area. He was very friendly and professional…he made our night!!! We were told by friends to ask for him and are so very glad we did.
Azure Restaurant at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel.

I just got back from vacation with a few of my girl friends in Hawaii! I wish i could go back so badly!! We practically lived by our tourist guides and any recommendation a magazine made while we were there. That’s how we ended up at Azure! Honolulu magazine said it was the best new restaurant on the island. The restaurant was perfect for a girls night out! Practically every table was drinking this tropical drink with an enormous pineapple wedge. We shared in on the trend and sipped tyku’s Asian Caiprioska two nights straight!
