My cashier THREW my receipt at me!!
The cashier threw my receipt at me! And then he proceeded to tell me that he never wanted to see me in his restaurant again. Unbelievable.
I ordered a small katsudon and I got my order, only to see that he had made a katsu. So I took it back to him and asked him to make what I ordered. And he kept telling me, “NO! YOU ORDERED A KATSU!! THAT’S WHAT YOU TOLD ME!” And then I told him to either make it or give me my money back. And so he rang up my total WITHOUT the 50 cent surcharge on my visa he had originally charged. So I told him that he didn’t give me 50 cents. And so he looked through the receipts, put the money back on my visa, THREW the food he made me (more like slammed) in the trash, and THREW my return receipt at me. I was just so appalled and I was like, “I don’t understand why you are angry. I ordered a katsudon.” And he said, “NO! You ordered a katsu. I never want to see you in my restaurant again!!”
Don’t believe me? Ask the people working there. I’m sure they remember me today. I will do this man a favor and never return to his restaurant again. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. I am appalled and horrified.
Just a warning: If you ordered something and they mess it up, prepare to be told off. Or be told that YOU are wrong. The only other place I’ve ever been talked to and told I was wrong was at Stanford’s in Northgate Mall. WOW. I’m amazed at how these people even stay in business with that kind of attitude.
I would give this zero stars but it does not seem to be possible.
