: Redwater Rustic Grille’s market driven menu is a fresh interpretation of contemporary West Coast Cuisine with signature dishes and innovative creations. A favorite destination for wine-lovers and foodies alike, Redwater’s wine menu features specialties from smaller boutique wineries, many of which are not found elsewhere in the city. The large selection of wine complements the executive chef's menu of seasonal robust dishes. The restaurant's décor complements the vibrancy and freshness of the food making Redwater’s beautifully illuminated space one of the city's hottest dining destinations. Burnished cherry wood, travertine tile, soft lighting and the large oval glass wine cellar create an ambiance of casual refinement. Servers are warmly professional and their enthusiasm for great food and wine is infectious. Dress: Smart Casual - please note that hats are not permitted in the restaurant.

Redwater Rustic Grille
By far the best restaurant I’ve been to in a very very long time. The atmosphere was beautiful, classy and warm. The service was amazing and the food was to die for. I experimented with Ahi Tuna ,I always wanted to try it but was too scared to so figured what the heck. I asked the waitress what type of wine she suggested with it and she was very honest and said she didn’t know, but that she would ask the “wine Sommelier”. This guy was amazing, He picked out a Pinot Gris from Elkwood and it was fantastic. I couldn’t get enough. All the food was amazing. A little on the pricey side but it was absolutely worth it. I definitly recommend this place.
