Good Mexican
I needed lots of protein so I asked if the shredded beef chimi would fit the bill. She assured me it would. When she brought it out she said the cook stuffed it with extra beef. It must of weighed close to a pound. The beef was very soft and tasty.
One weird thing, but sort of convenient, is that thier salsa is in a squirt bottle. You can just squirt a little on each chip instead of dipping it.
