From the Restaurant

Enjoy Chef Geoff's genuine hospitality and casual sophistication at his newest restaurant in Chevy Chase. An alluring combination of Tuscan warmth and Milanese chic, LIA'S contemporary New Italian Cuisine will twist the heart of any serious foodie right around her deliciously hip little finger. Come for a glass of wine, a creamy risotto, fresh pasta, or a handmade raspberry gelato, and the result will be the same. You'll be back for more. We're looking forward to serving you on your quick trip to the Mediterranean. Cheers! Chef Geoff

Outstanding Happy Hour

I have been to Lia’s for happy hour twice and both times had a wonderful time. The service was prompt and the food tasty. The bar has stylish warm decor and looks out over the street.

Happy Hour
fiver – all bar snacks and burgers
8 – pizzas
8 bucks gets you a liter of tap beer – Sierra Nevada, Blue Moon and others.

The individual bathrooms are fantastic – I don’t like sharing.

I noticed during restaurant week it looks like they put their entire menu on special. They also participate in both the DC & Chevy Chase/Bethesda restaurant weeks. I like places that are good sports.

I also must have signed up with my email and received a nice message thanking me for visiting Lia’s.

What I ate:

A big crock of rich, creamy dip with baguettes. I would normally like a few more bread crisps, but it is so tasty!

Extras:
