Our goal is to make sure you, your guests, your family or business associates have a wonderful dining experience just as if you were visiting Brazil.
What’s even more impressive, is our Carnaval Bar. We also have a large-screen TV for viewing special events, such as concerts, the World Cup and viewing a live video feed from Brazil during New Year’s Eve.
But wait…there’s much more! We also have live music 7 days a week with well known Brazilian musicians and Samba Dancers performing every hour each evening on Fridays and Saturdays.
For those with romantic thoughts in mind, we also have our Patio Lounge where you and your significant other will be treated to your first complimentary drink on the house.

Yummy Meat - all you can eat! Music and more!
Gaucho’s Village isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience! Delicious Brazilian food, great drinks, unique ambiance, live Brazilian music, and Samba dancers (both on Weekends only) make this a fun place to dine, dance, and party with friends.
The music is great (though, often quite loud), the samba dancers are entertaining, and usually get the crowd up and dancing. If the owner is present, he’ll be dancing with customers in the aisles. The place has a contagious fun party atmosphere.
Served “Rodizio” style, a Brazilian style of service where food is brought around to the table hot and fresh and often on the skewers it was cooked on, 17 kinds of meat and chicken are served hot and fresh at your table. A large salad bar features a variety of fresh salads, along with some typical hot Brazilian dishes.
All of the meats are cooked over an open wood flame rotisserie, and are seasoned in the typical Brazilian style (either marinated, or seasoned with salt or Garlic). My recommendation is that you tell the servers to only cut a small piece, so you’ll have room to sample all the dishes, and also so each piece is served hot and fresh.
Salads include hearts of palm, beet salads, eggplant, and much more. Rice and beans, Brazilian empanadas (called Pasteis), and Cheese Bread (Pao de Queso – little balls of bread with cheese baked right in with the flour) are just some of the hot dishes available on the salad bar. A “salad-only” price option is available for vegetarians (or those with only a light appetite).
Try the house-favorite drink, the Caipirinha, a Brazilian mohito, made with Cachaca (“Ka-sha-sa”), a sugar-cane spirit that’s fermented and distilled. Brazilian beers are also available, including Brahma, a refreshing golden beer, and Xingu (“Shin-Goo”) a delicious dark beer. For non-alcoholic drinkers, try Guaranha (available in diet too), a yummy Brazilian soda made from a tropical berry.
Desserts are available (at additional cost) that include typical Brazilian mousses, flan, and cheesecake. Have a Brazilian coffee with your dessert.
Go with an appetite and friends, and you won’t be disappointed!
