I am a Regular

As far as breakfast foods go.. I love pancakes & potatoes. So this restaurant celebrates the first, and offers practically nothing for those craving the second. Actually, they do have a “potato pancake”, which I gasp have yet to try. Still, it’s among my favorites, and I frequent the location in Anaheim often for Sunday brunch.

The portions large, the crowd a happy bunch, the service typical of busy American restaurants, and the hot chocolate perfect while waiting for your food to cook.

What I ate:
  • *****

The best out there. Thin, a bit crispy at the edge, and delish topped with the ligonberries/ butter. I actually mix the ligonberries into the butter for a creamy pink concoction. Mmmm

  • *****

all smiles for this one. especially as a blueberry lover. there’s fresh blueberries cooked into the pancakes, and more fresh blueberries swimming in the bluberry compote (used instead of the syrup)

  • *****

same as those blueberry pancakes.. but in a waffle. their waffle resembles more of an egg-o than anything else, though. But luckily for me & d, we like our food a bit crispy/ crunchy. (not mistaken for burnt)

  • *****

we order ours extra crispy and drench it in ketchup. delishhh~

AWESOME!!

if you like breakfast food and pancakes, then this is the place to go!!! it has creative pancakes from recipes around the world!! and the portions are GINORMOUS!!! mmmmm…!! yum! yum! the ultimate pancake experience!!! and totally cute environment too! i would advise you to order something savoury with your meal as well, though, ‘cause the sweetness can get overwhelming. (and if i think it’s sweet, that’s when you know! it’s sweet!!).
