From the Restaurant
Forget about rules and trends, and come to Cascadia for fine dining focused on great food, smooth service, an award-winning wine list and tableside chats with Chef Kerry Sear.Step inside and Cascadia is at once intimate, grand and thoroughly central with 20-foot windows providing views of city, bay and mountains. On your left is the lounge: casual, upbeat, and thoroughly ruled by our completely addictive Miniburgers and Alpine Martinis. Straight ahead is the dining room where — dressed up for Caramelized Spice Rubbed Wild King Salmon or dressed down for Beef Tenderloin Simply Grilled — you can indulge in a seven-course tasting menu, a three-course set menu or go á la carte.
Whatever you decide, Chef Sear and staff will deliver a culinary adventure of simplicity with style and fresh ideas to familiar favorites. The result is an atmosphere of total comfort with food you'll want to share, yet keep for yourself.

Out of whack art to value ratio
I think I just spent the last exorbitant amount of money on fine dining, I ever will, at least in Seattle. It just wasnt worth it!
$20. appetizers with 6 small spot prawns and a slab of calamari steak??
The sommelier took us to the cleaners, the wine was good but ouch..$16 a glass??
Pheasant cassoulet, tepid beans, a leg and a piece of sausage…
I thought the food was mediocre, the restaurant inside was chique and upscale.
I just regret dumping all that cash into an average, luke warm, scrawny portioned, vaguely seasoned, non impressive fare.
King crab legs with truffle gnocchi, no truffle flavor at all!!??$$$39
Service was ok although we had to wait 10 plus minutes for the server to come back so we could order a drink.
I would save my money and go elsewhere, despite its reputation, I was disappointed.
My first car cost 1/2 what we spent. I am not happy with this lapse of judgement .
