The new Plumed Horse reopens August 25, after an extensive redesign by Walid Mando of FORMA design, one of the top restaurant designers in America. A three-story glass-encased wine cellar houses 1800 selections and 18,000 bottles. The new Executive Chef/Partner Peter Armellino, formerly of the two Michelin-star Aqua restaurant, has created a Contemporary California menu with a balance of meat and fish with a focus on elegant dining.
