The service is HORRIBLE!

Do NOT go to the Baja Fresh in Irvine off of Alton. The customer service is the worst that I have ever experienced. The staff cares more about feeding their friends who hang around eating free chips and drinking. The staff completely ignores the paying customer. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few minutes to a different Baja Fresh, or better yet, go to a competitor.

The steak in the fajitas was ALMOST warm. Overall value is okay, but the idiots behind the counters ruined any thought of an enjoyable meal. Go elsewhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
