Usually good burgers, but the customer service I experienced by a Mr Murphy was less than professional. I called to ask some questions about arranging a luncheon and before I could get a question out he harrassed me about calling during the lunch period. I called at 11:09 knowing they opened at 11. He was extremely rude and then committed the cardinal sin of hanging up on an old customer. Sorry, but I am through with Balls Hamburgers. I know it’s a loss for me, but I believe in principals.

The best hamburgers I ever have come from here. Right by the SMU campus, this burger joint cooks them perfectly (get yours cooked medium). Milk shakes are really good too (I like vanilla). Always ate the fries with a side of honey mustard. And the guys that run it are great — think they came from New York and are incredibly down to earth and friendly.
