Cheers. Where everybody knows your name. Bennigan’s, where they try to remember your name, and do pretty well with it! While at first visit, Bennigan’s is your typical chain restaurant, another two or three visits (especially to the bar) and you’ll realize the staff really sets THIS Bennigan’s apart (even from other locations!).

The Bar: The bar staff is what really keeps me coming back. Nevermind I’ve known one of them since I was a kid. Julian, Viv, Sandy, Anya, Anna, and Wendel are fantastic at what they do. They’re all outgoing and fun to talk to, and often times they’ll slip you a free beer or two. They’re also make sure your glass is never empty. Their bar is everything a bar experience should be but rarely is!

The Wait Staff: The wait staff here are attentive and fun. Not obnoxious, chain-restaurant fun, mind you. Fun Fun. Never a real long wait for food.

The Food: It’s standard fare really, and the only reason I would give Bennigan’s a 4-star instead of a 3-star is the staff. Food is above average, but nothing fantastic.

Tidbits: Parking is beyond ample. The bar gets crowded on Friday and Saturday nights, but a short wait and a couple of seats usually open up. Also, ask for samples of the latest beers. They’re always updating the taps!
