Cafe Juanita used to be a hidden gem off of the then pebbled road. They’ve remained modest, however, as the concrete (condos, paved roads) grew around them. The same friendly staff greet you upon entering the restaurant and provide you with impeccable service throughout your meal. Though I don’t always know what’s been put into a dish, the ingredients all come together so nicely, fresh and flavorful. Make room for dessert! You won’t be disappointed by Cafe Juanita.

Prosciutto with Figs and Cantaloupe
This was a summer appetizer and I was pleasantly surprised by the fig/cantaloupe combination with prosciutto. But then again, I hadn’t had prosciutto much prior to Cafe Juanita…

What’s not to like about foie gras? haha, it melt in my mouth, that’s all you need to know. =)
