Terrible- DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
We ordered lunch at 12:00….it arrived at 1:35. The manager was unapologetic, even when we explained we couldn’t eat the food any longer since our lunch break was over. He didnt even offer to give us the food for free or give a credit/coupon. He lied several times over the phone before he arrived about traffic being bad (sams is a 5 min WALK from our business….traffic as an excuse doesnt work) I would never order from them again…worst possible customer service
