Quiet but great food

I’ve been to Bistro 221 a few times now. On week nights it is very, very quiet. Every time I have enjoyed good service and great food. i like to pick this restaurant when I am in the mood to relax ,enjoy my meal and some conversation with my companions. Portions are just right.
