In SB, if you plan to go out on state street to drink and dance, you have to make the circuit. Hit a local meet up spot for your first drink or two, while you start up your engines and get hyped up for the night. Blue Agave is one of the local spots to do that. I have eatten here once or twice, and the food was pretty good, but I don’t really remember the food. The place is more known for good drinks, and a place to meet up stairs by the fireplace or on the balcony to warm up to the night. You will notice that the upstairs bathroom has a shower that is no longer operational. Back in the day it was a local tradition that you take your date in there for a little playful shower. When you cam out dripping wet, the whole room would cheer you! Agave is what they make Tequila from, so why not start with a shot of Tequila!
