Smokey adobo black beans, roasted corn, grilled red peppers, cherry tomato, roasted onion, goat-monchego queso. AMAZING, easily the best nachos I’ve ever had. The smokey beans and goat cheese is a perfect mixture, if you come here definitely give these a try. I will order these every time I come.

Roasted potatoes with sauteed onions, maple pecans, gorgonzola served on baby greens with a sweet balsamic vinaigrette. The potatoes were perfectly grilled, and delectable when combined with a bit of the onions or gorgonzola. The balsamic vinaigrette was a bit too sweet but there wasnt a lot of it, the pecans didn’t taste like maple, and there weren’t a lot. The portion size on this would make it suitable for an entree.

macadamia black bean cakes surround grilled hoisin pineapple & red quinoa-black rice pilaf. Served with watermelon jicama slaw & mango barbeque glaze. I need more stars to give this dish, it was so good. There were three major parts to this dish, the bean cakse, the rice, and the slaw. Each was delicious on its own, and fantastic in combination with the others. The macadamia black bean cakes were lightly fried with a crispy shell. On the bottom of the place was a giant slice of grilled pineapple. Highly Recommended.

Flaky plantain pastries stuffed with sunflower seed-smoked red pepper pesto surround tower of yellow tomatoes & avocado corn salsa. Served with chipotle jicama slaw & mango-papaya relish. This dish was pretty good, but fell short compared to everything else. The pastries were too thick & doughy, everything else about the dish was pretty good. I would recommend trying a different entree over this one.
