Red leather and crisp white linen set the tone in this gentleman's temple, and not surprisingly, Bone?s draws a masculine, expense-happy business crowd. Servers are professional and address you by last name while the food is executed to the same high standard. Iceberg wedges come topped with glorious blue and bacon crumbles still hot from the fryer, lobster bisque gets a generous sherry topping and grit fritters are garlicy, creamy delights. There is a wonderful selection of seafood entrees, but that?s not why you came. All cuts of steak are gloriously tender, complex in flavor and cooked with reverence. Those with a sweet tooth should consider the cheesecake lightly hinted with a touch of orange. Sure, it?s formal and expensive, but isn?t that the point? | ||
