Me and a couple of my Mexican friends stopped by for drinks on a Saturday night. We had just been there earlier for dinner. There was a bug that flew out of my salad and a bug my friend found in his pasta.

Later, we decided to give the place a second chance for drinks. My friends and I are all over 26 and yet, it just so happens that the owner comes and cards us. He then has the nerve to claim they are all fake. We don’t look 18! And we had just had dinner and drinks earlier that night. After showing him multiple forms of ID with my birthdate on it (military ID, driver’s license, etc.), he still pulled the chair away from me and asked me to leave. He had NO reason to be that rude or to ask us to leave. We weren’t drunk or rude or loud.

When we walked out, there was a Hispanic worker outside the bar closing up. He confessed to us he was racist and it wasn’t the first time he had been like that.

Don’t support a business like that! Take your money elsewhere. It’s just sad to see that there could be that kind of racism today.
