Fettuccine con Meridionale Manzo
Housemade fettuccine with beef, green onions, fresh herbs & gorgonzola cream. Tender beef pieces surrounded by spinach and egg fettuccine all covered in a tangy, sweet and savory cream sauce. Don't let the gorgonzola scare you, it is very mild. I however love the stinky cheeses! |

Linguine Con Trota y Tartufi
Fresh tomato and egg linguine served with trout fillets, crimini mushrooms and truffle cream. The trout is local (from Star Prairie Trout Farm in Wisconsin) and absolutely delightful. There was just enough sauce to evenly cover the noodles and you could still taste the flavor of the fresh pasta. The truffle element gave the sauce just the right amount of richness. This was a seasonal dish (I don’t see it on the current Broders menu) so if it ever comes back I will be there for seconds! |

Olive Assortment
Fun and delicious if you like olives. If not, stay away. The big green ones (no in the picture) were by far my favorite. |

Tagliarini di Locanda del Lupo
Housemade pasta with prosciutto di Parma, truffle pesto & cream ~ the house specialty of Locanda del Lupo in Soragna, Italy. I'm always impressed with the food at Broders, but this one totally blew me away! The pasta was ultra creamy, but not over flooded by sauce. The cream sauce itself was rich and very dynamic. I think I got a taste of some nutmeg? Decadent. |
