3.0Breugger’s makes a consistent bagel that has the requisite soft inside and shiny, crisp outside. There are a couple of local, independent bagel stores in the area, but I hate to say it Bruegger’s usually tastes much better. Other area bagel shops that I have tried locally are “Best Bagels in town” in Greensboro and “Bagel station” in Winston-Salem. Bagel station is certified kosher by a local Rabbi.
