Hidden gen in hub-bub near SNA

Dining at hotels are always uneasy at best. One doesn’t know if the prices have been jacked up as a reflection of the quality of the hotel or the restaurant itself.

Put your fears at ease. Bambu is a quiet restaurant tucked behind the lobby of the Fairmont hotel. All the dishes prepared at the bambu restaurant are of the freshest ingredients and the finest quality. The chef’s here really pay attention to tenderness and texture throughout all the dishes. Presentation is clean and elegant, and desserts usually come with creative and very dynamic garnishes.
