New Capital's dim sum is authentic....
New Capital’s dim sum is authentic. Authentically good! They have a wide array of what you expect for dim sum, have really good tea and the service isn’t bad either. You can pick and choose to your heart’s (and stomach’s) content :). Just make sure you get there early to get good seating and parking.

Great experience but the food isn’t all that great. If you like a fast action paced sort of setting then this is the restaurant for you. It feels like a market before you first enter in and a lot of them don’t speak English. Don’t go on a Sunday afternoon. You’ll be waiting for more than 30 minutes. It’s got a C grade but don’t let it fool you.
