I always hear their adds on the radio so I was excited to try this place out before a day of jeeping the Walker Valley ORV park just outside of Mt. Vernon.
I guess I was expecting a little more.
When ya walk in, you order your meal at the counter, get your drink and then take a number and sit down. They bring ya your meal…no big deal. I ordered biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs and bacon. I dunno about anyone else but I cannot stand ‘crunchy’ eggs…ya know how they get crispy when they’re cooked too hot in grease…yuck.
Anyways, not the best food in town.
