Absolutely horrible customer service!! I have ordered pizza from them before, but have always picked it up. The pizza is good, not the best, but not the worst.

The problem is I just ordered for delivery and when I opened my pizza boxes the pizza was smushed to the side of the boxes. I called in, and was told they would replace the pizzas and pick up the damaged ones, and that they would be here in half an hour with the new ones. Not an unrealistic fix to a problem.

Ten minutes later I got a phone call from the owner, they weren’t going to replace them because the delivery driver just got back and said he hadn’t dropped them so it must have been my kids that wrecked the pizzas. When the pizzas had arrived, I took the pizzas from the driver put them on my table and opened them, when were my kids supposed to have touched them?

I was so livid, not only did I just pay $30 for pizza I couldn't eat, but was told that I am lieing and they won't do anything to fix it. Not until I told her she would not be getting any future business from me, and that I would be calling head office did I get the reply that if I wait another 20 min they will talk to the driver the next time he comes back and see what he says, but he is family and she is going to believe him anyways.

If you want value for your money, don’t bother trying this pizza restaurant, there are many more out there with better pizza, and better customer service. I think pizza hut is way better pizza and you can get the same amount of food, that is better tasting pizza for the same price.
