Not Authentic
El Salto 2 is not authentic because I’ve been to Mexico and ate EXCELLENT food. El Salto uses watered-down food, which is just plain cheap. On my viist, I was given pureed tomotoe sauce for tortilla dip and “beef” tocas that tasted like cat or dog food. Thier chicken fajitas are okay but will do for those who are hungry or have never ventured to Mexico.
