Conveniently located in the Japan Center, Isobune claims ...
Conveniently located in the Japan Center, Isobune claims to be the original boat sushi restaurant in the US. They have a good assortment of sushi to choose from at average quality. A little pricey for what you get, but the service is decent. Although there’s no dish that really stands out, the sushi chefs will make your order in decent time if you ask for something not already floating by in front of you. A convenient place if you just want to satisfy your sushi cravings.
