My Hubby first took me here when Pasadena was a potential “prospect” for what we would soon call “home.” We first tried the original Saladang, which was more casual, but we really enjoyed Saladang Song because of the ambience. The menus were tastefully designed, as well as the structure of the restaurant and extended seafood selections found in the menu. The best part was that this trendy restaurant offers incredibly low prices. The seafood curry was about $16-18 and there was enough to feed 1.5 :) The padthai is also quite unique…it comes inside an egg omelette!

great food

Delicious, well made and well priced. Had the refreshing apple salad, surprisingly filling chicken soup with the wide flat rice noodles and fish cakes. It was just the right amount of sweet and spicy. Not overcooked so you can really taste all the spices.
