A Native of California, Chef Delgado brings a fresh, inventive force to the New American cuisine of MINX & adds his own California twist. Signature dishes include his Black Peppered Seared Hawaiian Ahi Tuna, Parsnip Puree, Shallots 3 Ways, Grilled Asparagus & Surf & Turf Braised Short Ribs, Sautéed Garlic Prawns, Wild Mushroom Risotto, Braising Jus. Complimented by a gourmet assortment of desserts that will tantalize your taste buds like the ultra rich three chocolates Jorgi brownie, caramelized baby bananas, champagne–dulce de leche mousse with four exquisite sauces. The full service bar offering high-end tequilas, international vodkas & other premium spirits are in the hands of skilled mixologists, & a Connoisseur’s List features rare vintages of Cognac and fine single-malt Scotches. 25 wines are offered by the glass.
