hit and miss
The food at Baja bean is advertised as “baja fresh.” I wouldn’t go that far, but it’s also not Guad, so take that however you will.
The service, in addition to the food itself, is definitely hit-and-miss. The carne asada is usually pretty good, but the burritos… eh. The fresh salsa is good but they need to provide more refills. And the drinks are good, but overpriced.
If you’re feeling adventurous, you can take part of their “green card challenge,” which involves drinking 20 different kinds of tequila (not required to be all in one night!). You get a t-shirt for your efforts (and for spending over $200+). But the experience!
