Mixed Opinions

I liked this restaurant, but my husband wasn’t impressed.

I like the fact that all menu items are basically $7-$8 and the bowls are super huge. We could have shared my Yellow Curry Chicken, because I could barely finish all the shrimp. They definitely don’t skimp on the meats and add-ins.

I wasn’t that impressed with the cream cheese wontons. There was barely any filling and the skin was kind of hard. A let down since we had the best Crab Cheese Rangoons at John Holly’s Asian Bistro just the other day.

But you go to the counter to order. Don’t let the pictures on the wall fool you. The bowls are a lot bigger in person. You can wait at the bar to go, or sit and watch the really loud t.v. while you wait. They also have a variety of sauces that you can get from the drink bar.

My husband liked his soup, but his chicken was not seasoned very well and it was dried out. So neither of us liked it. I have had a lot of success with the curry bowls and the sesame chicken, though. You should still try it. They were also featured in Westword and in the Rocky Mountain News in their food section as being a good place to try.
