From the Restaurant
Mel's Bistro is the creation of Mel and Janie Master who owned the highly acclaimed Mel's of Cherry Creek, Denver for many years and who also created Jams of New York in the 1980's with Jonathan Waxman. The chef is the extremely talented David Oliverri who is creating wonderful Californian Mediterranean dishes focusing on using the best produce available. Mel's Bistro is a warm and welcoming restaurant and bar with terrific service, incredible food and exciting wines.
