Terrible Customer Service
The Rolling Meadows Rosati’s consistently provides the worst customer service I have ever seen and we will no longer be ordering from them. Our orders are frequently delivered wrong, and their manger tells us each time we “need to learn how to order”. The way he spoke to my mother and girlfriend was totally disgusting and treated them like they were children, and offered no resolution to our constantly wrong orders. STAY AWAY. Rolling Meadows has many other more deserving pizza places including Ginos East and Jakes Pizza.
