We hope you relax and enjoy a delightful variety of French & Italian Fusion Cuisine. Our Chef Christophe Jardillier with his extensive culinary experience from the region of Southern Europe presents you with some of the finest dishes according to original recipes. The secret to an authentic French cuisine is that every dish is prepared to order and receives individual love and care. Chef Christophe uses only the finest meats available.
According to old tradition every cut of meat is prepared in a sauté pan 'á la minute' (to order) and the sauce is drawn from the flavors residing in the pan. The cut of meat is finished in the sauce to give the meal it's unmistakable signature and character.
Our wonderful "mondial reference" wines from France and California compliment each course and are a must to round up a true French dinner extravaganza.
