Food like mama made.
This is a very small restaurant.(you will be very close to the diners at the next table. Mostly young hip crowd. Run by brothers (one is the chef, the other is the host.) Food is all made with great skill.
Gnocchi special with wild mushrooms in a cream sauce was like air. Light and tasty. Veal special was thin, tender and delicious.
It’s obvious the Sansone brothers treat this as a family dining experience and are very attentive to all needs of customers.
No reservations which makes getting a table tough, but it’s well worth the effort.

The space is very small (almost like a Fantasyland/Alice in Wonderland cottage), but the staff is very personable and attentive. I was surprised because the portions they serve are not as large as I am accustomed to eating, but they are filling. The pasta tastes fresh and is not overwhelmed by the simple sauces.
