i go to Barnelli’s whenever i have to drive up to Lutheran Hospital for lectures during the week. it’s just a 1-2 minute drive from the hospital, and you could probably walk if you wanted to.
the food variety is extensive – pastas, sandwiches, salads, shakes…they’ve got it all, and it all smells & sounds tasty. i like their chicken portabello ciabatta sandwiches A LOT – they’re so yum – melts in your mouth!
it’s usually crowded during the lunchtimes when i’ve been, but the lines move fast so it’s never been a problem.
barnelli’s is kind of like potbelly’s, but w/an italian twist & tons more menu items. so if you like potbelly’s, you’ll probably like barnelli’s.
oh, and this barnelli’s shares space w/portillo’s, so if you don’t feel like barnelli’s, you can hop into the portillo’s line.

chicken portabello ciabatta
just the right chicken to portabello ratio, topped w/gooey melted cheese. chicken is tender and the chopped shrooms are juicylicious.
