Good Suprise

I was staying at the Grand Hyatt Washington D.C. and was too tired to go find somewhere in the city so just stopped in at Cure. What a cool place! I was very pleasantly surprised! My waiter was very knowledgeable about their great wine list (there must have been 15 or 20 wines offered by the glass) and the food was amazing. I was in time for their happy hour that consisted of a flight of wines. Each wine in the flight was explained on a piece of paper and the server gave a bit of additional information. This was certainly not the typical restaurant you find in or near a hotel. I was also surprised to learn they have not been open very long. I wish Cure was located in NY so that I would be able to visit it more often.
