Cheap and yummy, plus the portions are pretty large. On weekends there may be a line outside, and the inside has much to be desired, but the value and quality of the food makes this place worth returning to again and again. I usually get the Western omelette which comes with home fries (which have a bunch of different vegetables mixed in there: peppers, tomatoes, spinach, etc. Once I even got some brusselsprouts in there!) and toast. Make sure you ask for their homemade jam and hot sauce.
