dish is the hottest new addition to the Vail Valley restaurant scene. dish highlights globally influenced small plates using local, organic farmers' and ranchers' goods, prepared with the highest level of respect and talent. We believe in the synergy between what you eat and what you drink. Our integrity lies in every cocktail being concocted with fresh squeezed juices, and innovative libations that have a huge impact on your palate. Our wine list offers over 150 selections, just $25 over retail pricing and always 15 wines by the glass or quartino (two glass carafe).
