came on a thurs. night aug.08 what a fiasco!!! number one if your an owner and have problems with staff , take them in the back , I as a paying customer dont care to see the owner getting ugly with the staff witch is a suprise he has a staff if he treats them all the way he did . number 2 the red beans and rice were watered down and tasteless , same with the gumbo ,i went to the cooks window and informed the cook in a polite manner about my tasteless ordeal with the redbeans and gumbo , he informed me that they are prepared correctly but that the owner comes behind them and adds water to them to stretch out the product ……hmmmmmm ok well i wont be back …..staff is minimal ,and food is made substandard by the owner ..so then i ordered a half burger (something the owner couldnt ruin) and it wasnt half bad ..to the employees keep your head up its not your fault!!….to the owner ,sell the business to someone that knows the restaurant business!! Could be a good place with the right leadership….

Rotagilla left me Rotten
I will not eat here again. I have ate the po-boys and fried green tomatoes before as well as the bread pudding, but I went on March 2, 08 and decided I will try two appetizers. I ordered the Okra and crawfish fritters and the single crab cake appetizer, which came to a total of 15.94. After waiting for about 40 minutes for my to-go order with no one at one time saying anything like your order will be out shortly or anything. I know you may be busy, buy come on. I got the food and all I could taste was grease fried dough I opened the fritter and did not see not one okra, not one crawfish so I opened another and then I found 1 crawfish and 1 okra. I did not even taste the the crab cake prior to calling the restaurant and I spoke with the owner. He informed me well that is what a fritter is dough and you may or may not get okra and crab in it and at the cost of crayfish being so much now. I got off the phone and then tried the crab cake which was a fried crab stuffing filling. Now I paid $15.94 for this MESS.
I will never come back and will make a point of telling all the friends and family that I had told about the place because it would be somewhere different to go to, you would do better going where it is not a hit or miss meal.

dinner
Our family had 3 different dishes – 2 of which were pretty bad and 1 was fair. The pork and cod were cold inside. The waitress was ill informed as to the preparation of the food items, resulting in us ordering the veggie side dish which had eggplant in it instead of the zucchini we were expecting. Meal was significantly overpriced. Mac n cheese was very good.

sauce on the pork was not great. Waitress didn’t know it had onions in it. Pork was cold on inside.
