As first-time customers, we ordered 1 medium pizza and 1 subs and were told 30 minutes. We went to pick it up after 35 minutes, when were told it would be 7 more minutes. After 25 more minutes, we finally got our food without so much as an apology or even a mumbled thank-you. I told the man who handed us our food how upset I was at the length of time it took and he got a terrible attitude with me and told me to “Look around – it’s a Friday night, do you see all these orders? It just takes a long time.” I couldn’t believe his horrible reaction and explained we’d been misled about the time, and if they’d told us a reasonable time in the first place, we’d have known what to expect instead of standing around for so long. I then walked out telling him that I’d even have appreciated an apology. As I told him, we’re first-time customers and it will be our LAST visit. I could not believe how terrible everyone’s attitude was who worked there. As for the food, I don’t know… it’s probably good, but I have such a bad taste in my mouth from their lack of service, that I don’t even have an appetite.
