I wanted to let everyone know that lives in my area, I had my 2nd bad experience at what is supposed to be a nice Restaurant.

On Mother’s Day, there were 10 in our party at Manzella’s Italian Patio in Champaign. The food was ok, but the service was the WORST I have had in a long time.

It took forever to get waited on, never got drink refills, once the “waitress” (not sure she deserves that title), brought our food, we NEVER saw her again, and I am not kidding, never!!

I complained twice, but no one cared and I had to ask twice for the check. For as much as it costs, it should be a hell of a lot better than that.

And maybe I could write this off as a one time thing, but my husband and I ate there last fall and had bad service then too! Stupid me for going back, it won’t happen again.

Please pass on to everyone you know in our area! People need to know.

And by the way, their excuse when I complained was that they were busy.

Seems to me you need more staff then if you can’t handle being busy!!! It was Graduation and Mother’s Day, get a grip people!!!!
