Bali by the Sea offers one of the finest oceanside dining experiences in the Islands. Here you will savor the award-winning Pacific Rim cuisine of Chef Adam Hightower in our open-air dining room which offers stunning views of Waikiki Beach.
Chef Adam Hightower uses fresh Island ingredients in his culinary creations inspired by flavors of the Pacific. Signature entrees include: Sautéed Island Opakapaka crusted with Macadamia Nuts and Cilantro and Kaffir Lime Sauce, Roast Rack of Colorado Lamb with Passion Fruit Mustard Glaze or Scallion Crusted Ahi Tempura with Molokai Sweet Potato and Ponzu Beurre Blanc.
